I Send us the blueprint of your brick parts to dct@conceptbrick.com
Includes:
1 . Five square images with a resolution not exceeding 1200×1200 pixels, along with a text description of up to 120 words, for display on the page.The images should include at least one close-up of parts and its application in construction.
2 . Original 3D model files for the parts, available in the following formats: fbx, obj, dxf, dwg, stl, iges, io, mo, ldr, mpd, lxf, lxfml.
3 . Your user name, registered email, address, and other information.
II Refine your design
We will analyze your design to confirm its feasibility for production. During this process, we may provide modification suggestions for your design, which may require several rounds of email communication until your design is ready for manufacturing.
III Crowdfunding rules
1 . Once your part design meets the requirements for production, we will launch it as a crowdfunding project on the DREAMS COME TRUE page. All registered users can participate in the crowdfunding campaign.
2 . We will determine the target amount and fundraising period for the crowdfunding project based on comprehensive calculations including design costs, production and manufacturing costs, logistics costs, and operational management costs. The fundraising period begins when the crowdfunding campaign is launched and ends 60-90 days later, with the specific duration determined at the time of launch. At the end of the campaign, if the amount raised exceeds 85% of the target amount, we will cover the remaining funds for you. If the amount raised by the end of the campaign is less than 42.5% of the target amount, we will refund each participant in the campaign. If the amount raised by the end of the campaign is between 42.5% and 85% of the target amount, the campaign can be extended by 30-60 days. If the 85% threshold is still not met after the extension, the crowdfunding campaign will end, and we will refund each participant.
3 . Each crowdfunding project will have a set number of shares, and users participating in the crowdfunding project need to purchase at least one unit of share, which is equivalent to the minimum payment amount: Target Amount / Number of Shares.
For example, if a crowdfunding campaign has a target amount of $50,000 and 1,000 shares, then the price per unit share would be $50. Users participating in this campaign would need to pay a minimum of $50. Users can also purchase multiple shares if desired.
!!! Important : When purchasing shares, please add them separately to your cart. Do not include other items or services in the cart.
4 . Once production of the parts begins, there will be a minimum production quantity, meaning that production can only commence when the quantity of parts produced meets this minimum requirement. Therefore, using the example above, assuming a starting production quantity of 10,000 parts, each unit share would include 5 parts.
5 . As the original designer of the part, you can receive 2% of the total shares for free. For example, if the total shares set for the crowdfunding project are 2,000, then you will receive 40 shares after the parts are produced. If each unit share includes 5 parts, you would receive 200 parts.
6 . Each user participating in the crowdfunding campaign will receive the quantity of parts corresponding to their purchased shares once the parts are produced.
IV Manufacturing
At the conclusion of the crowdfunding campaign, if the funds raised exceed 85% of the target amount, we will proceed to the manufacturing phase. The duration of the manufacturing process will vary based on the complexity of the parts. We will provide periodic updates on the production progress of the parts on the crowdfunding project’s details page.
V Dreams Come True
We will ship the completed parts to all participants of the crowdfunding project with free shipping. Please ensure that your shipping address is valid. Please note that parts cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a quality issue.
VI Earn more
After all parts from the crowdfunding project have been shipped, we will list the parts on our shop within 30 days and remove the project from the DREAMS COME TRUE page. Subsequently, all sales profits from the parts will be distributed to all participants of the crowdfunding project according to the following method:
1 . 10% of the sales profits will be distributed in the form of crypto to the original designer of the parts. If you, as the original designer, purchase the parts you designed again, we will offer them to you at a special discounted price.
2 . 50% of the sales profits will be distributed among all participants of the crowdfunding project, based on the shares purchased by each user. For example, if the sales profit for a given period is $20000 and there are 1000 shares in total, each share would receive ($20000 * 50%) / 1000 = $10. If a user purchased one share during the crowdfunding, they would earn $10 in profit for that period. If a user purchased 10 shares during the crowdfunding, they would earn $100 in profit for that period.
3 . Once the earnings per share from a single crowdfunding project reach $10, a distribution will occur in the form of cBricks to the accounts of participants. The exchange rate is $1=100 cBricks. For example, if a user purchased one share in a crowdfunding project and the earnings per share reach $10 over the sales period, the user will receive a reward of 1000 cBricks.

VII User authorization statement
By submitting blueprints and associated materials for brick parts, users grant conceptbrick.com full authorization and usage rights, including but not limited to:
1 . Usage Rights
Users authorize this website to exercise complete rights over the submitted works, including but not limited to:
Production, reproduction, publication, and commercialization of the works or derivative products. Creation of various media materials, such as photographs, videos, advertisements, for dissemination and promotion on social media platforms.
2 . Revenue Rights
All revenue derived from the works (including sales revenue, advertising revenue, etc.) shall be solely controlled by this website. Users do not retain any rights to claim a share of the revenue.
3 . Intellectual Property Ownership
By confirming and agreeing, once the crowdfunding project for the part is published on the DREAMS COME TRUE page, the intellectual property rights of the part’s design blueprints and related materials belong to conceptbrick.com. Users may not reuse or authorize third parties to use them without authorization.
4 . User Rights and Obligations
Users affirm that the submitted designs are original or duly authorized and do not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property or other rights. In the event of infringement, users bear full legal responsibility.
5 . Privacy Protection
This website is committed to protecting user privacy and personal information and will handle submitted materials in accordance with applicable privacy policies.
