“An early modification of the 76922 set (BMW M4 GT3 race car) turned back into its original street version.
The idea started from my guesses on how the front end (especially the remarkable grill) is done. Once I achieved the same result that LEGO did (I am really looking forward to seeing how far or close I was to the original idea) I also started shaping the rear end back to the “normal car”. In contrast, the official set looks awful (as a real race car does, they are all about performance, not visual appearance). After several attempts, I think, I achieved some results, and hope that you will like this model.
In addition, I need to add that since it includes some parts that have not been released yet, this publication includes two building instructions: for the new parts (not yet available) and old parts that recreate the shaping of the new parts.
