The car

Making its debut at the 6h of Spa during the 2023 WEC season, the Hertz Team Jota Porsche 963 was the first customer run 963, after which many more followed. Run by the succesfull and experienced britisch Team Jota, the car ran in the 2023 WEC series, and had its moments of glory, it even led the prestigious 24h of Le Mans for a while (until it crashed and lost much time in the pits due to repairs). Fans also love the gold Hertz livery, often chosen by many as the most beautiful hypercar livery of the 2023 season.
The model

If the model looks familiar to you, than you are correct. A large portion is based on my earlier 963 Butterfly and WEC models, released last year. This thus becomes the third livery for the 963 model. Some changes were necessary to the design though, as the lower and long fenders do not exist in dark tan, and the same goes for the recently new curved wedges used for the front nose. Therefore, the front holes of the wheel arches were omitted. Perhaps the most striking difference is the colour;  the ‘golden’ Porsche is built using dark tan, not the most common colour for building cars. Luckily, all pieces needed to transform my works 963 existed, although a 2×4 curved slope had to be replace by the 1×4 variant, as the aforementioned does not exist. I do quite like the golden livery, but I’m still torn between the other two liveries, it’s hard to pick a favourite!

Stickers
The livery is less complex compared to the regular WEC and butterfly livery, and thus features fewer stickers. The stickersheet is now available at Brickstickershop.com HERE.
