“I’m not done with moviecars yet! This time we’re going back to the Transformers series. But this time I’ve tackled a Decepticon. This is Barricade. One of the first Transformers that shows up in the franchise. And boy did he leave an impression. His alt mode, the Saleen S281 has become somewhat of a movie icon since then.

And building the Saleen was quite tricky, but also a lot of fun. I’m especially pleased with the whole greenhouse section of the car. It uses some fun techniques to get the back windows accurate. Also really happy with the front. The headlights are part brick-built and part sticker. Which I think works really well. Other then those I made some more stickers to get it as detailed as possible. These will once again be available at the Brickstickershop!Oh, and one more thing! As a bonus I also made a little brick-built Frenzy. Barricades partner in crime. Not the most detailed ore accurate thing, but he does fit nicely inside Barricade. And so do 2 minifigs.Click HERE to get the custom stickers from the Brickstickershop!!
