Thank you for choosing CONCEPTBRICK. We are committed to providing high-quality products and transparent after-sales support. Please review our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.
Return Eligibility (Physical Products Only)
You may request a refund within 7 days of delivery if the received physical product has a verified quality issue. The delivery date is determined by the courier’s official tracking information.
Eligible quality issues include, but are not limited to:
- Visible damage (e.g. cracks, broken or missing parts)
- Defective cables or connectors (e.g. no power transmission)
- Functional defects that prevent normal use
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all refund requests.
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund, except where required by applicable law:
Digital Products & Instructions
- Digital products, including but not limited to building instructions (PDF files, digital downloads), are non-refundable and non-returnable once the download link has been accessed or the file has been delivered.
- This includes instructional files, digital manuals, and any other downloadable content.
Exception:
If a digital file is defective, corrupted, or inaccessible, please contact us. We will provide a replacement file or technical assistance where applicable.
Return Request Process
To request a refund for an eligible physical product, please follow these steps:
Step1. Take clear photos showing the issue.
Step2. If possible, record a clear video demonstrating the problem (recommended for faster review).
Step3. Email the following information to return@conceptbrick.com:
Order number
Description of the issue
Photos and video evidence (if available)
Our support team will review your request and provide further instructions.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
If the issue is caused by a product defect or shipping error on our side, you do not need to return the product. A full refund will be processed accordingly.
