International Shipping

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery time is 2–21 business days, depending on the destination country, local customs clearance, and the courier used.
  • Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment, based on the total order weight and order value.

   Free Shipping (Both conditions must be met)
        Free shipping is available only when BOTH of the following conditions are met:

  • Total product weight is less than 100g, AND

  • Total order value is USD 40 or higher

   Standard Shipping (When free shipping conditions are not met)
      For orders that do not qualify for free shipping, shipping fees are calculated based on the total product weight as follows:

    Total weight < 100g  

  • Shipping fee starts at USD 5.99
  • When the total weight exceeds 50g, an additional USD 0.025 per gram is added for each gram over 50g

    Total weight ≥ 100g and < 1000g

  • Shipping fee starts at USD 7.24
  • An additional USD 0.012 per gram is added for each gram

    Total weight ≥ 1000g

  • Shipping fee starts at USD 18.04

  • An additional USD 0.01 per gram is added for each gram

The final shipping cost is always clearly shown at checkout before order confirmation.

Available Shipping Countries

  • All countries that we are able to ship to will be clearly listed during registration or at checkout.

  • If a country does not appear in the shipping options, it means we do not currently ship to that destination.

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate.
    CONCEPTBRICK is not responsible for lost or undeliverable packages caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, VAT, or import fees imposed by the destination country.

  • These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order.

Tracking Information

  • All international shipments include a tracking number.

  • The tracking number will be sent by email once the order has shipped.

  • Tracking updates depend on the courier and local postal services.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged package or item (if applicable)

We will assist you in contacting the courier and provide instructions for a replacement or refund, if eligible under our policy.

Important Notes

  • Delivery Estimates: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs inspections, local holidays, weather conditions, or courier delays.
  • Digital Products: This shipping policy applies only to physical products.
    Digital products, including building instructions (PDF files or digital downloads), are delivered electronically and do not require shipping.
  • Split Shipments: In some cases, orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately depending on availability.
