Thank you for choosing CONCEPTBRICK. We are committed to providing high-quality products and transparent after-sales support. This policy explains our order cancellation, refund, and return terms for physical and digital products sold on our website.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled before shipment for a full refund.
If an order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the refund and return process described below.
Return Eligibility (Physical Products Only)
Refunds for physical products are available only for verified quality issues reported within 7 days of delivery. The delivery date is based on the courier’s official tracking information.
Eligible quality issues include, but are not limited to:
- Visible damage, such as cracks, broken parts, or missing parts.
- Defective cables or connectors, such as failure of power transmission.
- Functional defects that prevent normal use.
Proof of purchase, including the order number or purchase receipt, is required for all refund requests.
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund, except where required by applicable law:
- Digital products, including building instructions, PDF files, and other digital downloads, once the download link has been accessed or the file has been delivered.
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modification by the customer.
- Any product not purchased directly from CONCEPTBRICK.
- Physical products without a verified quality issue.
Digital Products
Digital products are delivered electronically and do not require shipping.
Once a digital product has been delivered or the download link has been accessed, it is considered fulfilled and is generally non-refundable and non-returnable.
If a digital file is defective, corrupted, incomplete, or inaccessible, please contact us. We will provide a replacement file or technical assistance where applicable.
Return Request Process
To request a refund for an eligible physical product, please follow these steps:
Step1. Take clear photos showing the issue.
Step2. If possible, record a short video demonstrating the problem. This is recommended for faster review.
Step3. Email the following information to return@conceptbrick.com:
Your order number.
A description of the issue.
Photo evidence.
- Video evidence, if available.
Our support team will review your request and provide further instructions. Review times may vary depending on the nature of the issue and the materials provided.
Please do not return any item without contacting us first and receiving return instructions.
Return Shipping Responsibility
If the issue is confirmed to be caused by a product defect, shipping damage, or a shipping error on our side, you do not need to return the product, and a full refund will be issued.
If a return is approved in special circumstances other than a confirmed product defect or our shipping error, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
Refunds generally cover the product price only. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the refund is due to a confirmed product defect, shipping damage, or an error on our side.
